WiseArchivist is meant to be used by people who have a large collection of images/photos and want to be able to efficiently manage said collection. Presented as an image systematization solution, WiseArchivist will help you find the image you’re looking for, view any image in your collection, sort the images in your collection, edit the images in your collection, create a virtual album, and more.

If you can run the WiseArchivist installer as an admin, go ahead and install the application in its default location (C -> Program Files -> WiseArchivist). If you can’t or don’t want to run the WiseArchivist installer as an admin, do not install the application in the default location. This may lead to problems that could prevent you from using the application.

There is a lot that you can do with WiseArchivist: process and organize your images; view images; rename and copy images; create main photo archive; crop and scale images; edit metadata; create virtual album; create web or PC album; password protect images; find duplicates; back up and restore images; and more. The nice thing is that wizards will help you access most of these features.

WiseArchivist is free to use for a trial period of 30 days. A prompt will invite you to purchase a license every time you launch WiseArchivist. A second prompt will tell you how many days are left in your trial.

The wonderful functionality WiseArchivist has to offer will put a smile on your face if you have a large collection of images and you want to efficiently manage it.

Pros

A wizard will help you install WiseArchivist on your Windows PC. Several wizards can be accessed from WiseArchivist’s interface. Use WiseArchivist to organize and manage a large collection of images.

Cons

Trial limitations: 30-day trial, nag screen. Unless you can run the installer as an admin, you need to change the default installation location.
